射出機之故障與排除 Failure and Resolution of Injection Molding Machine Issues

射出機發生之故障，大部分可先由操作者自行初步處理，只要能正確的判斷故障原因、故障部位及處理方法，維修上就不會發生太大的困難。射出機大致可分為3個大體：機體、油壓、電器3個方面。如能正確判斷出電器或油壓故障之情形，那麼維修就能快且有效。 今天就先跟大家從電機馬達及油壓泵浦的問題開始。 The problems found in injection molding machines, can most of the time be solved by the operator.
